Another great organization
www.fisherhouse.org/ Check out this web site and see what wonderful things the Fisher House does for wounded soldiers. When we were at Fort Gordon the Fisher House on post was full so they put us in a different place. There were three people that I met who had been staying there for months so they could be close to their wounded soldiers, with no expense to them. Right now there is one being built right outside the VA hospital where A.J. is staying.

I had read about this before and it is awesome. They also work in conjunction with heromiles.com where you can donate air miles for families to use to visit their soldiers. As I told you, we have 18,000 miles that will expire or go to waste so we're donating them....everyone should check any air mile accounts for miles that will go unused to donate. Anything we can do to help is so appreciated.
